Our Georgian homestead has been beautifully restored, with four guest rooms available for stays of two nights or more. Feel at home in your elegant surroundings with breakfast provisions included. Spy platypus in the Dew Rivulet, fish for trout, enjoy the beautiful resident black swans, be surprised by the elegant peacocks & peahens, friendly wombats & cheeky pademelons. If you are lucky, see new born lambs gambolling or watch the sheep shearing.
Our largest guest room, complete with period furniture, king bed (can be twin beds) and fireplace. This room adjoins the Torlesse Double guest room and the two can be combined to make a magnificent suite. This combination is suitable if travelling with children. A cot is available.

The homestead furnished with Georgian and Victorian antiques has three lovely shared bathrooms. A sole use bathroom can be arranged.
We provide meals for our guests on request, either in our formal Georgian dining room or in the charming surroundings of the country kitchen seating 16. We also arrange hampers or cheese and charcuterie platters for a barn or Dew Rivulet picnic. Minimum 48 hours notice is required.

We are happy to make suggestions with various options available including highly acclaimed The Agrarian Kitchen Eatery in New Norfolk, as well as cafes and pubs in Hamilton and Bothwell. Please note Hollow Tree has only four homesteads and no supermarket!
